DAILY PET MINDING VISITS TO YOUR HOME

My services as pet minder/pet sitter is to visit your home once a day to tend to all your pet(s)' needs, which will always include pet feeding, filling up their water bowls and off course lots of attention and reassurance! I can also offer other services as pet sitter/pet minder i.e. cleaning of cages, administering medication if necessary, playing “fetch” with dogs taking them out of their cages etc. We will discuss your own individual requirements that you might have for your pet(s) during our meet & greet session beforehand (see below).

My rates as pet minder/pet sitter will vary depending on the time that you wish for me to stay with your pet(s) every day, which can be anything from 30 to 60 minutes (please have a look at my pricing page for more details).

I service many different types of pets as pet sitter/pet minder, which can include dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, reptiles, fish, tortoise, mice, chinchilla, chickens, ducks - although this list isn't limited to please feel welcome to inquire from me.

My pet minding/pet sitting visits does not include house sitting which means that I won't be residing in your house - I will merely be visiting your pet(s) in their home for the time that we have arranged. My services as pet minder/pet sitter is therefore a great alternative if you are looking for someone to visit and take care of your pet(s) on a daily basis but don't want someone actually living in your home.

MEET & GREET

This is where I go out to your place as pet sitter/pet minder to meet you & your beloved pet(s) beforehand. During this time I will get to know your pet (so that they can remember me for my next visit) and also discuss all details with you (I will be bringing along a notebook for this purpose and email you a copy of this before you leave to confirm that all the info is correct). If your pet is fairly nervous around strangers, this is also a good opportunity for me to meet them and see how we get along.

UPDATE ON YOUR PET'S CONDITION

If you are going away on holiday or for a business trip and you are concerned (which is natural) about your pet during your time away, I will give you regular updates on your pet's condition after my pet minding/pet sitting visit to them via email/text. Even if you don't require this service, I will, in any instance, notify you ASAP if anything seems amiss with your pet.

I OFFER AN ALTERNATIVE TO HOUSE SITTING OR BOARDING FACILITIES

The reason why I started a pet minding business is because I realised that many people are looking for an alternative to a boarding facility or a house sitter living in their home. Not everyone wishes to leave their pet(s) at a cattery or kennel and off course there is always that risk of letting a stranger (or student!) live in your home. Whereas my services are neither that of house sitting or boarding facilities - I simply visit your pet(s) once a day in their own home for a certain time - no fuss, no muss!
